Ux Design Lead Job

\- We're a b2c startup that are looking for an experienced UI / UX Design lead

\- Previously, worked on ui / ux of a product that's online right now, in a company or for a business

\- Has very good understand of ux principles

\- Really good expertise with figma and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

\- This is a high stakes role, you would be the one having the final call on designs and explaining your decision and stuff

\- You will be in charge for deciding the UI / UX flow for new features / product tests that we're going to do

What we're looking for is someone who has a clear proven experience being a UI / UX designer and someone who have previosly built full UI / UX of a mobile app, really good if the product you have worked on is on the market and being used by users
