**QUALIFICATIONS**
✔️ 2+ years in SDR / appointment setting / outbound sales
✔️ Comfortable with **heavy call volume & follow-ups**
✔️ Metrics-driven (you track, measure, improve)
✔️ Strong English communication (clear, confident, persuasive)
✔️ CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
✔️ Highly organized, coachable, and consistent
✔️ Healthcare/wellness experience = strong advantage
