Remote Recruiter / Headhunter – Long-Term Role | GapAnchor 20 USD/PER HOUR

We're building something exciting at GapAnchor — a specialized training and job support platform serving enterprise professionals across 13 industries and 70+ niche tools. As we scale, we need a reliable, long-term recruiting partner to grow with us.

This is a fully remote, long-term position. We're not looking for a one-time hire — we want someone who becomes part of how we operate for years to come.

What You'll Handle:

→ Sourcing and headhunting candidates for each role

→ Reviewing past experience and verifying relevant skills

→ Conducting an initial screening call with shortlisted candidates

→ Coordinating a paid competency test before onboarding

Our hiring process is structured by design — it ensures every person we bring in is genuinely the right fit, saving everyone time and avoiding unnecessary churn.

You're a great fit if you:

💰 Rate: $20+/hr (based on experience)
