[Remote] Management Consultant (Strategy, Operations & Finance) $100-$150 / hour

# About the role

Mercor is hiring experienced management consultants to work on high-impact engagements across strategy, operations, and financial advisory. You'll partner with decision-makers at fast-moving companies to diagnose ambiguous problems, structure analysis, build recommendations, and drive execution.

# What you'll do

* Structure ambiguous business problems into crisp hypotheses and analytical frameworks
* Build financial models, market sizings, competitive benchmarks, and unit-economics analyses
* Synthesize findings into executive-ready deliverables — decks, memos, and dashboards
* Lead client conversations, workshops, and working sessions with senior stakeholders
* Support implementation planning and change management where engagements require it

# What we're looking for

* **3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB, Big Four strategy arms, or comparable tier-1 boutiques such as L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Roland Berger, or Parthenon)**
* Strong command of at least one of: corporate strategy, operations / performance improvement, corporate finance, commercial due diligence, or go-to-market strategy
* Excellent structured problem-solving, financial modeling in Excel, and executive communication
* Comfortable owning workstreams end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
* MBA or equivalent graduate credential from a top program is a plus
