Remote Support Assistant Job

We’re a growing software agency looking to hire remote Customer Support Assistants to help manage incoming messages and provide timely support to our users.
**What you’ll do:** Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media platforms Use provided guidelines and templates to ensure consistent communication Assist users with basic questions and direct them to helpful resources Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all interactions
**Schedule:** Fully remote Flexible hours: part-time (1–2 hours/day) or full-time (4–5 hours/day)
**Compensation:** $300–$500 per week depending on hours and performance Additional performance-based bonuses available
**Requirements:** Strong written English skills Reliable internet connection Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not required
