Recruiter / Headhunter / HR Representative ($50+ / hr)

We're currently looking for a remote headhunter who we can rely on long-term for recruiting all future roles we have available in our company.

This is a LONG TERM position (For years and years to come).

You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, before handing each candidate over to us.

This is how we normally handle hiring to ensure candidate is the right fit for us before we take them on:

1 - sourcing

2 - past experience check and ensuring the candidate has the relevant skills for the role

3 - short call with candidates to ask more questions

4 - Organise the paid competency test with the candidate before we onboard them for a probation period.

The process is a bit tedious, but it works. Your ultimate goal is to fill in positions with people who have the correct skills - so we don't end up in an endless loop of hiring and firing.

Whether you adapt our existing procedure for hiring or not is up to you. Your only goal is to ensure you supply us with the right candidates who you can prove to be the right fit for the role.
