Above & Beyond Talent is seeking a Project Leader to oversee water and wastewater treatment operations, driving project execution, team leadership, and full P&L ownership in a high-impact environment.

Experience:

6+ years of leadership experience, including managing project teams within water/wastewater, utilities, or infrastructure environments.

Leadership & Operations:

Proven ability to lead teams (10+ staff), manage plant operations (>10 MGD), and drive performance across safety, compliance, and delivery.

Financial Ownership:

Strong experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for projects up to $10M revenue.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Skilled in building strong client relationships, managing contracts, and leading customer-facing communications with municipalities and stakeholders.

Technical & Regulatory Knowledge:

Understanding of water/wastewater treatment operations, environmental compliance, OSHA standards, and safety programs.

Project Execution:

Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end—balancing timelines, resources, and competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Pay Range: $140,000 to $160,000 per yea
