Need Professional video editor from Indonesia - 1 million IDR budget

I’m looking for a video editor for long-form content.

I’ve got a first video ready to edit (around trading / lifestyle), and I’m looking for someone who can really take it to the next level, not just basic cuts.

Important point: the video is in **english**, so you don’t need to be fluent, but you need to be able to **understand the flow, emotions, and roughly where to cut**. Timing is everything here.

What I’m looking for:

* High-level editing (not beginner)
* Style similar to **Iman Gadzhi / clean cinematic head-talk videos**
* Strong storytelling (not just cuts... real structure, pacing, flow)
* Subtitles, zooms, sound design, smooth transitions
* Make the video engaging from start to finish

This is not just a one-time job.
