I run Spatula Media, a growing social media/content agency based in India working with restaurants, cafés, lifestyle brands, and local businesses.
We’re looking for a reliable Content Operations Coordinator to help streamline client communication and content workflows.
\### Responsibilities
\- managing content calendars
\- coordinating client approvals
\- scheduling/posting content
\- organizing Google Drive/assets
\- tracking deadlines and deliverables
\- coordinating shoot schedules
\- communicating with editors and internal team members
\### Ideal Candidate
\- highly organized
\- responsive communicator
\- understands Instagram/social media workflows
\- able to manage multiple moving parts efficiently
\- proactive rather than reactive
\### Preferred
\- experience with Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, or similar tools
\- familiarity with short-form content workflows
\- prior agency or creator-side experience
\### Work Details
\- Part-time
\- India preferred
\- Remote possible
\- Flexible hours, but strong communication is important
