Remote Marketing Manager Job

**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a **hands-on Meta Ads operator** on behalf of our client who can take ownership of performance and help scale DTC brands through structured testing and data-driven decisions on behalf of our client
This is **not a reporting or coordination role** — you’ll be directly responsible for improving CPA, ROAS, and overall account performance.

**What You’ll Do**
Manage Meta Ads accounts end-to-end (campaign setup, budget allocation, optimization)
Analyze performance across campaigns, ad sets, and creatives
Identify winning vs losing concepts based on **CPA, ROAS, spend, CTR, CVR**
Scale winning campaigns (horizontal + vertical scaling)
Work closely with creative strategists to:
identify winning angles
iterate on top-performing creatives
Troubleshoot performance drops and stabilize results
Bring structure to testing (creative testing, audience testing, scaling logic)

**What We’re Looking For**
Proven experience managing **Meta Ads for DTC / eCommerce brands**
Hands-on experience inside **Ads Manager (daily usage)**
Strong understanding of:
CPA / ROAS optimization
scaling strategies
creative testing
Ability to clearly explain:
what’s working
what’s not
what to do next
