We’re looking for an experienced **Databricks Engineer** to support an **ETL modernization project**.

**Location:** Wilmington, DE (5 days onsite)
**Type:** Contract (W2)
**Rate:** $60/hr

# Must-Have Experience (Required):

* Migrating legacy ETL workflows (Ab Initio → PySpark or similar)
* Building scalable pipelines on Databricks
* Refactoring legacy/monolithic ETL jobs
* Working with large enterprise datasets

# Tech Stack:

* PySpark / Databricks
* ETL / Data Pipelines
* Snowflake / Data Lake
* Performance tuning & optimization

# Role Focus:

* Modernizing legacy ETL systems
* Building cloud-native data pipelines
* Improving performance and scalability
