CSR for Construction/Flooring Company (Inbound + Outbound | MST Hours)

Hey everyone! We’re looking for a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our team in the construction/flooring space.

**Important Notes:**

* Weekdays only
* Flexible within **8:00 AM – 8:00 PM MST**
* Part time role ($5/hr)
* Pay will be transferred through Wise
* Remore

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

**Inbound Calls:**

* Handling quote requests
* Scheduling in-home estimates with our flooring experts
* Answering order status questions
* Assisting with post-install concerns
* Processing payments + helping customers with financing (0% options available)

**Outbound Calls:**

* Confirming appointments for estimates and installations
* Letting customers know when materials are ready
* Following up on open quotes (helping turn leads into closed deals)
* Reminding clients how to prep for installation (clear furniture, secure pets, etc.)

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Comfortable learning and using systems like **RFMS** (big plus if you’ve used it before)
* Strong attention to detail
* Empathy + professionalism
* Sales mindset (you’re not cold-calling, but you will follow up on leads)
