Remote Web Developer Job

I'm the business partner of a web development agency (SSYNC Works). Our team builds high-quality websites for real estate, e-commerce, local businesses, etc. 👨‍💻

We're looking for one person (or a few) to handle client acquisition on a commission-only basis.

💰 Compensation:

· 10% of total project value per closed deal

· If the project is $500 USD or more → you get 15%

Example: You bring a $1,000 project → you earn $150. 🎯

✅ Requirements (simple):

· Ability to find & contact business owners who need a website

· Basic understanding of web services (or we train you on pitch)

· Integrity – no fake leads or spam
