**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of experience in academic research, legal, healthcare, policy, or related fields
* Master’s, PhD, or JD with strong research and writing capabilities
* Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

**Preferred:** Experience with Fortune 500 projects, multidisciplinary collaboration, or published research/presentation work.
